We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty for eligible products. Here's what you need to know about our warranty policy:

Warranty Coverage: We offer a limited warranty for eligible products purchased from our website. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Claim: To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@oshid.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request additional information or photos to help us assess the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
