Refund policy

At Oshid, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

For non-customized products, we accept returns for refund within 360 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. It must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For customized keycaps, we do not accept returns for refunds as each keycap is designed and manufactured specifically for the individual customer. As such, we are unable to resell customized keycaps to other customers. However, we offer one opportunity to exchange your customized keycap for another design at no additional product cost. The return shipping fee and resending shipping fee will be covered by the purchaser. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If your return or exchange is approved, we will process the refund or exchange and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven't received a refund or exchange yet, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund or exchange is officially posted.
